Brand guide · Version 1.0 · October 2026

One company. One way of showing up.

This guide governs everything voAIce Corporation makes — voaice.com, DealerCRM, OliviaAI, DealerIdentify, DataSafe, the apps, emails, decks, collateral, apparel and every word OliviaAI speaks. When a page, product or document disagrees with this guide, the guide wins. Questions go to the brand owner, Richard Latman.

1 · Brand architecture

A master brand and its products.

voAIce is the company. DealerCRM is the platform dealers log into. OliviaAI is the intelligence that runs inside it. DealerIdentify and DataSafe extend it. Each product leads on its own surfaces; voAIce signs everything.

Master brand · the company

voAIce

Owns voaice.com, legal, corporate and investor material, and the footer of every product surface: “© voAIce Corporation”. Never a generic phrase about voice technology.

Product · the operating system

DealerCRM

Leads the navigation of dealercrm.com, the web app and the native apps. Every DealerCRM page carries the DealerCRM wordmark; voAIce sits in its footer.

Product · the teammate

OliviaAI

The only name we give our intelligence, inside and outside the product. OliviaAI is the one brand allowed to carry a gradient, and only on OliviaAI surfaces.

Products · the extensions

DealerIdentify and DataSafe

Verified branded calling and the secure data API. Each keeps its own tile mark and is always presented as part of the voAIce family.

2 · Names

Spelled exactly. Every time.

Brand names are single tokens with fixed capitalization. Lettercase carries the identity, so never uppercase, split, translate or abbreviate them — including in generated, translated and all-caps text.

  • All-caps stylingIf a label is set in uppercase, the brand name inside it opts out and keeps its own casing.
  • Our intelligence is OliviaAIIn the product and in marketing, say OliviaAI, never “AI”. “OliviaAI drafted this reply,” not “AI drafted this reply.”
  • OliviaAI is “she”She is a teammate, not a feature: she answers, calls, texts and hands off.
  • Legal linevoAIce, OliviaAI, DealerCRM, DealerIdentify and DataSafe are trademarks of voAIce Corporation.
3 · Speaking the names

How the names sound.

OliviaAI talks to customers every day, so pronunciation is part of the brand. Every text-to-speech prompt carries these rules.

Say

voAIce → “voice”

Written for speech as voice. One syllable; the AI is visual only.

Say

OliviaAI → “Olivia-AI”

One quick, fluid name — no pause before or between the letters.

Say

DealerCRM → “Dealer C-R-M”

Spell out C-R-M; never “Dealer crum”.

4 · Logos & marks

Wordmarks carried by lettercase.

Our wordmarks are set in the system display face, bold, and rendered in ink on light backgrounds and white on dark — one solid color, with DealerCRM’s blue “CRM” the single approved exception. Lettercase does the work that color would in other brands.

voAIcevoAIce

voAIce wordmark

One color, always. The “AI” is the same color as “vo” and “ce” — never blue or any accent.

DealerCRMDealerCRM

DealerCRM wordmark

Ink or white, with the “CRM” syllable on the accessible blue text tone. This is the one approved two-tone wordmark.

OliviaAI app icon: white device mark on the purple-to-blue gradient

OliviaAI device mark

An outline microphone whose stand becomes the tallest of five waveform bars — one continuous stroke. Render it in one solid color (purple, blue, ink or white) or the OliviaAI gradient. Its bars animate only when OliviaAI is live.

Product tiles

Rounded-square tiles for favicons, app icons and product cards. Each product keeps its one tile color; never recolor, outline or add effects.

  • Clear spaceKeep at least the height of the wordmark’s capital letters free on every side.
  • PlacementEvery page and document carries a brand mark: the product wordmark in the navigation, “© voAIce” in the footer.
  • NeverStretch, outline, shadow, rotate, place on busy photography, or split a wordmark into decorative colors.
  • Source of truthRegenerate sizes from the master SVGs; never redraw a mark by hand.
5 · Color

Calm neutrals, one blue, color as meaning.

Our palette is Apple’s system palette. Neutrals carry the page; blue is the one action color; every other hue means something. Light and dark are co-equal, and every text pairing clears WCAG AA 4.5:1.

6 · Typography

The system face, used quietly.

We set everything in San Francisco through the system stack, so our products feel native on every Apple, Android and Windows device. No licensed display faces, no novelty type.

8 · Voice & tone

Plain, confident, dealer-fluent.
