Multiple US states have enacted comprehensive consumer privacy laws that grant individuals specific rights over their personal information. At voAIce, we are committed to honoring these rights for all of our users, dealer partners, and website visitors. Depending on your state of residence, you may have the following rights:

• Right to Know / Access: Request what personal information we have collected about you
• Right to Delete: Request deletion of your personal information
• Right to Correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information
• Right to Data Portability: Receive your personal information in a portable, readily usable format
• Right to Opt Out: Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, or targeted advertising
• Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights

These rights are available under various state privacy laws across the United States. The specific rights available to you may vary depending on your state of residence:

• California (CCPA/CPRA) — All rights listed above
• Colorado (CPA) — Access, delete, correct, portability, opt-out of targeted advertising
• Connecticut (CTDPA) — Access, delete, correct, portability, opt-out of targeted advertising
• Virginia (VCDPA) — Access, delete, correct, portability, opt-out of targeted advertising
• Texas (TDPSA) — Access, delete, correct, portability, opt-out of targeted advertising and sale
• Oregon (OCPA) — Access, delete, correct, portability, opt-out of targeted advertising
• Montana (MCDPA) — Access, delete, portability, opt-out of targeted advertising
• Other States — Additional states continue to enact privacy legislation. We honor privacy rights requests from all US residents

Identity Verification

To protect your privacy and the security of your personal information, voAIce will verify the identity of the person making a privacy rights request before fulfilling it. We may ask you to provide additional information to confirm your identity, such as verifying details associated with your account or relationship with a dealership using our platform. If you are submitting a request through an authorized agent, the request must include written authorization from the consumer, and we may still require the consumer to verify their own identity directly with us.

Response Timeline

• We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days
• Requests will be fulfilled within 45 calendar days as required by law
• In certain circumstances, we may extend this period by an additional 45 days, with notice
• You will receive updates via the email address provided in your request
